WHY WE STARTED FLOCO

Customers are changing.

Protein is now part of everyday life, but many hospitality menus have not kept up.

We saw an opportunity to bring the two together.

Our first product is Floco Protein Soft Serve - a simple way for venues to add protein to one of the world's most loved desserts.

It tastes like a treat, has 10g+ of protein per serve and gives operators something different to put on the menu.
